Procedures/testing Details

We conduct many appropriate inspections at each stage of production. All items must undergo strict QC procedures and operated by professional Q.A engineers to ensure maximum product quality. Our Procedures:

Incoming materials have to pass strict examination before being accepted, IQC check sampling refers to AQL on whether to accept or not.

IPQC checks on the products and manufacturing procedures are conducted.Results are recorded for future study.

OQC on the final product,referring to CSP standards.Final testing is also conducted.

QA on all items to be shipped,referring to AQL. All procedures are up to ISO 9001:2000 standards.

QC flow on product line to ensure the Portable power bank quality.
