RMA Return Process
We promise customers a quality guarantee period of more than 90 days. During this period, if customers have doubts about the quality of any goods we sell, please be sure to follow our RMA return process to ensure that we can provide you with the most timely solutions.
 
If you have any questions about the quality of the goods we supply, please contact the corresponding sales representative as soon as possible and provide the following necessary documents:
 
1. Sales invoice and packing list, so that we can call the detailed information of the goods in doubt in the quality control database as quickly as possible.
 
2. Please send the quality inspection report by email or fax, so that we can immediately contact relevant manufacturers to inquire about quality problems and eliminate potential risks.
 
We promise to provide proactive measures and solutions within 24 hours after receiving RMA applications from customers.
 
Sample testing. We need customers to provide samples of susceptible unqualified goods, and submit them to the original factory or a third-party authoritative testing organization for detailed testing and analysis, so as to find the root of quality problems and deal with quality risks more effectively.
 
If it is confirmed that the goods is defective, we promise that we will recall the goods, reimburse at full price and bear all the transportation costs.
 
Customers can also communicate with the corresponding sales staff to obtain RMA application forms, fill them out and send them back, so that we can learn the detailed return information as soon as possible and follow up to solve quality problems in time.
 
As an excellent independent distributor of electronic components, we will record all the return/inspection procedures in real detail, implement the relevant procedures of "nonconformity report" and "corrective and preventive measures report", and file internal control documents to prevent the recurrence of similar accidents.
